Someone at my mom's church tolder about "What the Health" and now I'm stuck living off of this shit. It was standard bs about how "We don't have teeth like carnivores," and other BIG FOOD, BIG PHARMA trite. They actually said one egg is on par with eight ciggaretes and I was struggling to not laugh at these retards. Any tips on making this somewhat better.

Try to changer her mind, convince her that being vegan is not good for your health and that animal products are good for you. Show her that "What the Health" is a poor quality biased source, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/What_the_Health has some information on that.

Tell her that you shouldn’t have to live like this for a year because of an impulsive decision she made upon watching one documentary that’s been roundly criticized by medical professionals, and that you highly doubt she’ll be able to stick with it for that long anyway, let alone her entire life, and that if she won’t get you meat then you’ll just buy your own. Bonus points if you eat some of your own meat right in front of her after saying that, for added effect.

If she is emotionally invested in veganism, you will probably not convince her.

Alternatively, just start cooking yourself. Tell her that's it's your body and your choice, and she should not forcibly restrict your diet just because she saw a film on Netflix. You can try to find a compromise. Offer to find local farmers who raise livestock sustainably, in humane conditions, with minimal feed and antibiotic usage and check if they sell animal products to regular consumers. Limiting animal products is another option.
If your mother is liberal and buys into the whole 'I identify as…' shit, just identify as vegan, but still eat meat and animal products. That will piss her off quite a bit.
