>Should a county clerk refuse to authorize state sponsored fag marriage?
I'd say there are two parts to a marriage: the legal contract and the actual marriage. The so-called "gay marriage" is just a legal procedure, not actual marriage. It's no different than any other contract. Now, it should not be called marriage, just like civil marriage should not be called marriage. That's attempt against religion by certain groups who control governments. But fags should be able to sign whatever contracts they like.
>Should a water manager refuse to give utilities to an abortion facility?
This is a trickier one. Gay unions do not harm others, but in this case the government is facilitating the means to do something terrible. The thing is, if you oppose it and get removed from your post for doing so, they'll replace you with someone who'll be quite happy to comply. Should you just obey so you can stay in a post where you can do good? Or should you stand for what is right, even if in practice it won't change anything? I don't know.
