Don't associate with unwise people. Be silent and withdrawn, if anyone asks what you think of a certain political idea, give them a non-answer in return, just like how when our Lord was asked to solve a dispute about inheritance, he instead gave a general warning against covetousness and moved on. (Luke 12:13-15)

Perhaps good non-answers are hard to come by these days, but having one or two quotes on the top of your head are important as a kind of self-defense strategy. Christians who are misguided will sometimes say that you should always be frank about your opinions. I don't disagree that honesty is important, but always being frank about your opinion is to have no discrimination about when and for what you will meet martyrdom. If you're in a hurry to get to heaven you should always say what you think. But if you have more love for the world than that, and so you really wish to contribute, then I would recommend practicing non-answers, and being silent where possible.

Pope John XXIII reaffirmed what Pope Pius XII said in one of his encyclicals "It is quite legitimate for nations to treat those differences as a sacred inheritance and guard them at all costs.", just because you want to preserve your nation doesn't mean your a "white supremacist", this is just a communist meme to try and disarm their opponents

Yes again you have to become a very holy and saintly person. Then you'll get more spiritual power to do whatever needs to be done. Plus people are convinced by saintly people, not by intellectual arguments for the most part, that's my guess.
