No, there are numerous devils besides THE Devil, various kind of fallen angels.

Asides that, word Devil (originating from "slanderer") and Satan meaning "adversary" are sometimes used for humans too, like when Jesus said to Peter "get behind me satan". Of course it doesn't mean that St. Peter was THE satan, just that what he stated was opposing and adversary to God's plan (despite noble intentions)

according to (my understanding of) the Thomistic view, angels aren't actually "present" in any particular location, because they're pure spirit. so when they act in a certain place, it's because they applied their will/intellect (not sure about the finer details here) to that thing/person/place etc, not because they are just present everywhere. might be helpful to look further into St. Thomas' explanations on this point, OP
