This seems like an impossible question to answer. No denomination has been able to keep pedophiles out of the church so I don't know how you'd be able to select candidates for a sacred knightly order.

1 Timothy 3 would probably be a good start however.

Oh, the usual stuff. "Where do you see yourself in five years", "what is your biggest flaw"… and then I'd hit them with a whiteboard problem of establishing the just war theory within a set time.

Don't know, but probably try to identify if said person is a modernist (thinks doctrine can change with the times). Maybe ask him to write an essay on some of the "controversial" topics, such as democracy, death penalty, gender roles or priestly celibacy.

I would ask these questions during the interview:

>how important is Jesus and the Holy Family to you in your life?

>how often do you pray the rosary?

>when is the feast day of Fatima?

>how much latin do you know how to speak/pray?

>when is it okay for a woman to have an abortion: in cases of rape or incest? (Trick question)

>do you have previous martial experience (police, military, martial arts, mma, etc)?

>do you have any previous charity work? (Soup kitchens, KoC work, Big Brothers/Big Sisters work, etc)
