Well everybody needs some sort of income. I understand your questions but I'm not really sure why you're asking as any answer would net the same outcome i.e. you still need to find a job.
>tithing has made me richer
Be very careful with this line of thinking - of course we are called to be cheerful givers, but don't give with the *expectation* that you will gain materially from your giving. It's great that God is providing for you - you said you keep finding money, presumably when you don't expect it - but it's not wise to expect some karmic material reward for your good deeds, because if you don't get the reward you're anticipating, you might become bitter. God has provided for you, you don't need to speculate on why that is, whether it's because you are generous or whatever other reason. Just thank God and carry on. Bear in mind that you don't need to be enriched, as long as you are breathing, God is sustaining you.
While you won't be paid for volunteer work it can definitely be rewarding - in material terms, it might lead you into an actual paid job, especially if it's a skilled position as you said. It can be a learning experience, and a networking opportunity. If you have the time, maybe you should go for it, even if it's just for a little while. You might enjoy it
