Depends. How old is he and does he use the internet? We have some people around here in their 50s and image board culture has been around for nearly 20 years. That means all those high school kids who were shitposting on 4chan back in 2004/2005 are probably married with kids of their own by now.

I'm not sure, I never post terrible stuff like porn or anything heretical but there are some things like random anime images or out of context bible quotes that are sure to trigger a reaction from people and then I must absolutely post them.

Is it a sin? No idea, but you know, can't hurt to tell my pastor about it.
