Porn is what kills you from a neuro-biological PoV. You can have a healthy life MOing all the time instead of making children. You can get addicted to porn, but you can't to just masturbation without external arousal.

From a Christian PoV, it's a different story of course. Sex without making babies is a sin.

No that’s pretty unhealthy too. Also pornography is a relative term. All it is is lusting after an image, this existed in the ancient world too and is condemned in holy scripture. Since when did Jewish science convince the world that mastrubation is healthy? This isn’t me trying to shame anyone btw, but I don’t need science to tell me that 2+2 equals 4. The ancients didn’t either. Mastrubation is absolutely detrimental to ones state of mind and body. It’s a passion. An addiction. It’s lusting after images that aren’t there. Maybe it’s “healthy” in an upside down world where feminism has destroyed the prospect of marriage. Not even in that world I’d argue. Going monk (not literally necessarily, but cutting out all the garbage) is difficult but highly transformative. How do you think all these monks live to 100 and beyond?
