Rumor has it the CIA-ŃIGGERS created AIDS as a means to wipe out the blacks in Africa. I don't know if there is any proof to this, but I wouldn't put it past the CIA-ŃIGGERS to do something like that.

This. Plus people that caught it through blood transfusions, wives/husbands that caught it from adulterous spouses, etc.

The LGBT community undoubtedly shoulders a lot of the blame for the HIV crisis but it wasn't meted out specifically to exterminate them.

Bone marrow transplant cures HIV entirely, apparently, but it's too expensive a procedure to just give regularly. Also they found a separate cure in research but it hasn't been FDA approved yet.

This is what I have heard also. The version that I was told was that some French expedition into Africa for something, and some researcher went and tapped a monkey because post-revolutionary/progressive French somehow cannot keep it in their pants to hold on to their lives. After they returned, this patient zero went for orgies and swings and others that came with the 'sexual liberation' and higher rates of fornications of that time. That was how it spread.

The news came several days ago.

Basically, it's a pretty complicated and expensive procedure, involving taking marrow from rare mutant people that have an HIV resistance gene, jamming it in you, and it eliminates the disease for good.

They are trying to gene-mod the pacient's own marrow to make it easier, but it will still be super difficult.
