hey fellow aspie here, idk if this advice will work for you since all aspies are different but i have some habits that make it easier for me to focus so i dont feel like complete shit. First of all what helps me is drinking a gallon of water a day. This for some reason keeps my mind clear and sharp and if im not drinking this much water a day my mind is blurry and foggy and i have low energy. Also quit any caffeine from any source you might be taking. Try to take in less sugar and maybe even all sugar if u can. Try to eat less meat and less animal products like cheese, milk, ice cream, etc. I warn you though some aspies have the opposite effect with meat and animal products, they feel better with more meat and stuff but for me personally try and eat less meat and animal products. Less oil on everything. Also try taking cold showers. This is basically some advice i can give because im also have aspergers and i remember a time when my mind was so ffoggy and depressed i could barely focus except when jerking off and watching porn and playing videogames. I still have issues with focus and motivation but im a lot better off now.

Tbh, the Rosary is quite simple...it just takes a bit of time, but it's a great help. One should take time for both, I agree: pray the Rosary, ask God to make your mind humble and able to read the Bible so to understand it without falling into heresy (that's why I am a bit worried with reading any passage by myself, as I have some mental issues and I could read or understand passages in an unorthodox way/heterodox way and cause more harm than good).

I know, just less fried meat. maybe steak. but ill eat fried chicken less often and more fresh sandwhiches. i'll also eat less fast food
