Here's a really lengthy response to the 'muh Sun, muh Horus' types.
Though I'll be honest, I've long since stopped taking any 'Jesus Mythicist' seriously, Zeitgeist-derived or not. The more you dig the more bizarre and nonsensical it becomes.
I've seen such wonderful arguments as:
>I have no evidence for my claims because Christian time-ninjas erased all record of it from existence
>Diocletian (Or one of the other anti-Christian emperors) invented Christianity to set up a system of control that he never lived to implement or benefit from in any way
>I found this obvious forgery of a letter from the Emperor Hadrian (it describes events that occurred years after it was claimed to have been written) that proves priests of Serapis called themselves Bishops of Christ
>One manuscript of Tacitus has a typo in it, so he's not referring to Christians at all, but my own original character, Blonic 'Chrestians'.
I really wish I was joking about these.
