Yet another saying out of context. You should love your enemy, but you don't bend over backwards for them. You deny your own dignity and pride to socially shame them so they will see what they have done in the sight of God against one of His servants and repent.

Sometimes people blessed with admirable physical form by the world's standards are tempted far more than others and lost sight of God. It's the same principle why Jesus said that about the rich man. "How hard it is for a rich man to enter heaven!" It wasn't because they were simply rich, but because they had deluded themselves with self-sufficiency and weren't properly humbled and realized their need for God.
