With all due respect, I'll pass. At least I can consider those Melkites who reject the filioque to be basically Orthodox.

Melkite priests have told me they don't. Those people saying that are probably converts who weren't instructed properly, or might not even be Melkite at all. There's a lot of confusion in the Latin Church laity and in clergy who haven't had much or any education or encounter with other Churches, about what the other sui iuris Churches teach.

Melkites in communion with the pope need to fully believe in every dogma of the church.

Of course that in non dogmatic stuff they sure won't take the word of St. Thomas but of Eastern theology.

They probably use the bread Orthos do. We recognise both since they are true bread.
