With Asians it's mildly plausible (and the Lord knows there are certain people trying their damnedest to get places like Japan to accept the suicidal "open" immigration practices of the western serf nations, to limited success), but with Africans it's basically impossible. Their is insufficient non-African population on the Earth, and insufficient pressure to move to African countries (due to the predictably abysmal quality of life). This is assuming there's no crash in the African population and fertility rate (which itself would happen in the event of a collapse of the will/ability of western nations to support Africa; but in such a state of collapse the system of globalized mass movement of peoples is likely kaput too, so the point is moot).
That being said, even if my own nation (and the other nations of my co-racials) weren't threatened by this, I can as an exercise of Christian charity recognize the injustice of it being perpetrated on other races, as should anyone. Tibet for instance is a good example of ethnic-destruction-through-mixing, although that's intra-racial as the Chinese hope to sino-cize the region through importation of Chinese.
