Anyone here do Orthodox Christmas? I converted to Orthodoxy recently and this is the first time I'll be celebrating Christmas going by the Julian which is December 25th but in the civil/Gregorian calendar is January 7th. Anyway, I wish a Merry Christmas to all of my Orthobros who do it on the Julian date.

Indeed it is. But new calendar is okay and some Orthodox go by it which is cool.

In the Julian, but the 19th on Gregorian dates.
Calendar issue is madness, I tell ya.

Calendar fanaticism in Orthodoxy is neo-pharisaism. God will not ask you which calendar you followed.

Read the whole psalm. It is talking about your life, not using a calendar (ver. 10)
