The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?

Is Christmas December 25th like Catholics and Protestants say?

Or is it January 7th like Orthodox say?

Or maybe is it January 6th like the Armenians say?

I don't get it when should I celebrate Christmas?

Orthodox believe it is December 25th. They just use a different calendar.

As for Armenians… Theophany and Christmas were originally one feast on the 6th of January. Armenia simply kept that tradition, while the re-calculation of Christ's birth to be exactly 9 months after the Annunciation led to Christmas being moved to December 25 in the rest of Christendom.

In all cases it's not a big deal - the feast of feasts is Easter, and that's the date that matters the most.

Easter has the difference of some denominations counting passover into the math or not.

It depends whether you use the gregorian calendar (west) or the Julian calendar (orthodoxs)

Jesus probably wouldn't have depended on either calendar for such but the Julian one was current in administrative use in his time.

Also some used the year of creation 6000 years ago to calculate years.

The Gregorian is said to be a more accurate calendar, though not the most.

The biggest, fattest, juiciest nothingburger I’ve ever had. Those who say they know the day or hour should be beaten with 30 shoes.
