Not quite. I was almost 300lbs in high school, now a cool 170lbs at the age of 23. It takes a lot of work just to keep myself from getting fat again. I have consistent porn free streaks. I have a STEM degree and a house. What here doesn't constitute effort?

Just no. Women desire attractive males, that's why you constantly see attractive prisoners being sent love letters from women expressing their desire for companionship. You have it the wrong way. It always varies from person to person because of genetics and all that but I just followed these principles. Naturally physically I feel way better now than before but I forgot to mention that the thinning stopped but the damage has been done, I barely have any hair growth on the top of my head and its very thin.
As a final note and this is just my opinion, don't use those horrible anti-balding medicines that just screws up your hormones/mood or fall for gimmicks like soaking your scalp in black tea (Yeah I tried that).
