The New IFB are Anti-Zionists and reject dispensationalism including it's major idea about the rapture, while the Old ('Mainstream) IFB hold to the typical pro-Israel and Dispensationalist Evangelical doctrines.
New IFB and Old IFB both vehemently reject homosexuality, but New IFB have gone even farther in saying that homosexuals cannot be saved and should be put to death whereas Old IFB views are more in line with the mainstream Christian views on homosexuality.
Consequently this has led many of the New IFB to be considerably less patriotic than the Old IFB because they believe our government is spreading faggotry across the world (which is one of the few things they are right about).
Also New IFB have gone really far with their ideas about the KJV because many New IFB actually promote the idea that the KJV Bible is somehow God and that we should literally worship it's words. This all seems to be based on a misunderstanding of John 1:1. Old IFB don't advocate anything like that, they just believe the KJV is the only inspired version of the Bible in English but they in no way worship it or preach it to be God.
A lot (probably the majority) of Old IFB churches are attached to a specific Bible college whereas New IFB totally reject Bible colleges and argue for an even greater degree of autonomy between churches than even the Old IFB do. Consequently, the New IFB are much bigger on soul winning as a way to attract people to their churches than the Old IFB are.
Lastly, Old IFB are a little more attached to historicism and landmarkism in that they often advocate for ideas like the Trail of Blood. While New IFB agree with the Old IFB that they are not Protestants and can be traced all the way back to Jesus, they usually take this by faith instead of trying to establish any historical connection through groups like Anabaptists or Donatists all the way back to Jesus or John the Baptist like in the Trail of Blood.
Also, just to note, for some reason they have a Oneness problem. To make it absolutely clear, the New IFB reject Modalism in every sense of the word and their leadership has persistently preached against it and they are Trinitarians, but for some really odd reason every now and then one of their deacons or major members comes out as a Modalist and a huge shit storm ensues. This is particularly evident in Pastor Anderson's congregation where he has actually had to throw out Modalist heretics during the service.
New IFB are sometimes called Andersonites because he is the major face of their movement. He isn't the leader of anything he just is the biggest representative of it. (It's kind of become a borderline cult at this point tbh).
