It is already hard enough telling yourself that Christianity out of all religions is the one true religion now you have to tell yourself that either Protestant catholic or orthodox is the one true Christianity does it matter which one i choose ? because i like all 3 i wish the 3 churches united into one like the good old days

Prot friend here, as long as your primary doctrine is the same (aka your church follows the Nicene creed) then go where the Spirit takes you. I would advise to simply go to the nearest one first. If you love God and seek him truly then the Spirit will easily help you discern if you are in a proper church or if you need to leave it.

Of course, it matters. It certainly mattered to the earliest Christians, who took matters like doctrine very seriously. It certainly mattered to God, who founded a particular religion upon the Cross and didn't simply leave the matter up to mankind to decide one way or another, all courses being equally indifferent.

That verse is referring to the Spiritual Church where Jesus Christ is the head. The word 'catholic' means universal encompassing believers from the Four Corners of the Earth and not some particular organization in Italy. You should read the Book of Jeremiah, simply laying claim to some physical building or being a part of some man-made organization doesn't matter in God's Eyes.
