Probably not real since you have to be saved to have any power over unclean spirits. I have performed a real exorcism on myself and it was pretty peaceful. I have also done it to one other person, but because they were unsaved, the spirits only left them temporarily.

All the people successfully exorcised in the Bible believed on the Lord Jesus Christ first, and then had the spirits cast out.
