Go eat grass, then. I'm sure you will thrive very well from it.
Order of energy and worth as food:
Sun > plants > first consumers of plants > consumers of consumers of plants > consumers of consumers of consumers of plants
Every step further down that chain is less and less original energy.
We can't eat the sun and we can't digest grass very well.
So the next best bet is to eat the primary consumers of plants.
Then, anything beyond that becomes too inefficient and is the reason why eating a tiger is less of a sensible idea than it is to eat a cow.
You'll have to throw so much cow meat at the tiger to make it plump and juicy and then you actually have to kill a tiger when you could have eaten all that cow meat you used to fatten up the tiger yourself.
