Second, if the starvation is due to anorexy, then this is psychological/psychiatric state. The prospects for the heaven are doubtful but, I know a couple of cases in my local Orthodox Church of people who have commited suicide due to psychological illness and who have been given funeral service. I don't know if this is a general rule in my Church or this has happened only because the bishop has decided to make few exceptions.
