Killing yourself is never the answer because you are immortal anyways, the pain won't stop when you kill yourself. Our lord suffered for your sake more than you will know. Please just talk to more people, and pray to God. Pain in this life is temporary, it is eternal in hell.

Almost. But there are exceptions.

First, there is the unlikely chance that the person will repent, but he will die, nevertheless, because his health has deteriorated already.

Second, if the starvation is due to anorexy, then this is psychological/psychiatric state. The prospects for the heaven are doubtful but, I know a couple of cases in my local Orthodox Church of people who have commited suicide due to psychological illness and who have been given funeral service. I don't know if this is a general rule in my Church or this has happened only because the bishop has decided to make few exceptions.

If you were to die as a Christian martyr, for instance if you were captured and forced to renounce your faith or they'll starve you/deny you water, and you chose to die of hunger or thirst rather than deny the truth of Christ, then you'd go to heaven. Otherwise it's suicide.
