Humans are not sinful by nature. God creates no evil thing in man. It is true that we are made in His image, how then could it be true that his image is sinful by nature? Remove this blasphemous thought from your head. It is only through the fall that evil enters the world, not God's creation. The image of God in man has therefore, through the fall, been disfigured only. Man has a choice to accept the healing of God which is the promise of Christ's blessings. Those who remain sinful are those who hear God and do not answer. They stay sick and turn away the physician that will return them to health. God is wholly benevolent and desires for your healing. Ask for it and He will give it freely.

Good created us with perfect natures which fell due to the evil choices of our forebears. The ability to choose choose evil does not imply a fallen nature, but is a necessary aspect of free will. You can not object that God could have made free will another way any more than you can object that God could make a square round.

He didn't he created us as perfect beings with free will.

Because God wanted something to love and love him back. But he didn't want it to be a false love he wanted real genuine love so he gave us the power to choose.
