The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?

Let's say a Christian who is born again and heaven bound gets in a freak accident and totally loses their memory of who they are due to a severe concussion. Are they still saved? What if they view Christianity as something foreign to them and reject it? Remember, they were saved. Do they have to be saved again? Can you imagine

You're saved forever until you choose to deny God.

You're not saved until you're in heaven.

I'm not convinced "memory loss" is anything more than a temporary loss of access to those memories by your physical body. I feel as if you'd regain them after death.

How hard is it to understand Once Saved, Always Saved. The Lord will understand the predicament that the person is in, but will also know that the person has already been saved.

Prophet Anderson (pbuh) says: Once Saved, Always Saved.

That's my question. If someone becomes saved, forgets everything including their faith then rejects Christ then are they still saved. I know it isnt a simple question that's why I'm asking

While i reject prottie understanding of saved, that's beside the point.

Also, this falls under special circumstances, and likely brain damage, so… , God will judge you with that in mind.

Yes, they do need to be saved again. Jesus died for all of mankind's sins, but an important part of the process is that they accept Christ's forgiveness. This is more difficult than most people realise, because true forgiveness isn't just asking to be forgiven, it is acknowledging that you have sinned, acceptance that the sin was immoral, regret that you committed the sin at all, and the decision to turn away from that sin. Of course, this is assuming that he finds out about Christianity. If he has not heard the teachings of Christ, then the only sin he is guilty of is ignorance.
