>distaste for enlightenment values
So I've grown up on this gentrified missionary suburb on an island off Gothenburg.
In 2010 when I was 14 y/o I had lost all faith.
I turned towards evolutionary psychology model explain the human condition.
[I also tried for 4 years to find a viable system of Ethics that was distinct from the 10 commandments.]
When I was 18 my faith was renewed for I realized that the evolutionary psychology is comparable to the flesh spoken of in Galatians 5:17.
>For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.
4 years ago it dawned on me that Jean Jacques Rousseau's Tabula rasa [we're born with free will]
had made it's way into the zeitgeist of practically all Swedish congregations.
Original Sin reared it's ugly head at me 4 years ago and since then I've also had a distaste for the enlightenment.
The elightenment. More like the benightenment.
