How is sex not sinful? like i know St Paul says that it is ok, but then why does he also say celibacy is better? It seems lile it is sinful but God just forgives you because of Human weakness, and Don't give me none of that God made humans to have sex nons

I can't honestly understand how it is possible to engage in sexual intercourse without lust, or committing some other kind of sin. I honestly think i might not want to have sex in my heart, but at the moment my will seems too weak for celibacy. Any thoughts anons?

Lust is a disorder of the body, sex was always meant to be around for the lawful generation of saints in the lawful marriage between man and woman.

St. Augustine noted that when Adam & Eve first "realized their nakedness", it was likely that their bodies excited themselves to arousal without their will; it is a feature of our fallen nature.

He says celibacy is better because of how much responsibility marriage is. Someone spreading the Gospel would be more efficient being single.
