Dear Ones, Christ is Risen!

As you know, we have been under contract on a beautiful parcel of land to build another church in the southern valley. The contract is for 2 million dollars, which is a huge amount! Yet, our small but growing community has, by your loving generosity, raised over $275,000 at this writing! It may be far from 2 million, but I am very amazed!

Thus, with the due diligence deadline coming up in about 2 weeks on May 13th, we are trying a final plan for this property:

As of tonight, we offered the seller a new deal: We will buy half of the 10 acres, the north 5 acres of the property for $625,000. Please pray that the seller will have a soft heart and agree to this deal. I have been praying fervently to God, and His Holy Mother, and all the Saints that by a miracle we can purchase this property. May God show the way!

If it IS God's will for a church to be there, He will make it happen! Please pray fervently! Please, if you know anyone who is blessed with wealth, please approach them boldly and ask them to help us. Maybe He will send the whole amount and we can buy all 10 acres! Or minimally we can procure 5 acres. We need property ASAP!

If it is NOT God's will to have this property, we will keep diligently fundraising and searching for the right property. God will take care of us. Let us pray fervently.

It's ripe for growth, Utah is a very traditional state as it is. So if the orthodox play their cards right, and even, if it, is, for the long haul for how ever many years they should do well. It's not San Diego, New york city, these degenerate non traditional places. Also first orthodox cemetery in the state would be nice.

It's cheap nowhere, but it is affordable for a community to buy their own land and build their own church in Russia, since the land in the OP would only cost you a fraction of the price. Moreover, the Church would likely finance all of it, because in a country where there is one Church for all - as it is meant to be - it is much easier to raise money and build new churches.
