Can cathodox comment on this one and how do I synchronize this with existence of carnivores since ancient times? Whats the meaning of this verse?

There are some interesting Protestant commentary on the subject, I don't know why you limit yourself only to Cathodox on this matter. If you don't want to listen to people you consider heretics, then you wouldn't be asking for both Catholic and Orthodox views.

Ok, never mind, I noticed that "I have given" is not said nor in Hebrew text, nor in older translations of Bible in my language, which completely changes the meaning of the verse.
