So despite the liberal crisis in the Western church what do anons think about the state of evangelism in the non-Christian world? Will humanity ever be united under the Lord?

Nope. It's getting worse from here on out

I disagree. Outside of the West, the message of Christ is growing.

It doesn't matter if it isn't your specific taste in denomination, a love of Jesus Christ is still the right path, arguing over denominations is foolish at this point. Sub-saharan Africa is overwhelmingly Christian and is growing each day. The people there that are actually Christian are very devoted and are fighting against all sorts of enemies to keep their faith, including shamans and witches. Sub-saharan Africa is far more populated than North Africa, so even though on a map it appears that half of Africa is muslim, in reality, the vast majority of population density is below the desert. Australia is actually growing in Christianity as well due to a massive spike of Maronite Lebanese living there and spreading the gospel. China is set to become the home of the largest Christian population on Earth in the coming years, surpassing the US. In my mind, they already have, considering most American Christians are lukewarm and apathetic. In China, choosing Christ might as well be 'apostasy' from the religion of communism, and is a societal and literal death sentence in some cases. 90+million have decided Jesus is more important than the fear of communism. Those are true Christians, whether they have European theology and philosophy or not. Theology and philosophy will only get you so far if your people won't lift a finger for the Lord.

The future of the teachings of Jesus Christ are in the third world, like it or not. The West that held up the glory of Christianity for so long has mostly abandoned it, and they have only themselves to blame. Persecution grows the Church of God, not comfort and laziness.

Another example of persecution building faith in Christ is the Middle East. Ancient christian populations in Lebanon, Egypt, Emirates, Iraq, and Iran are holding firm to their faith despite hatred by radical groups and foreign intervention alike. In addition, Christianity is actually growing in one of the most oppressive countries in the world, Iran, at a rapid rate.

Indonesia is another example. There is no apostasy law, so many are converting to Christianity at a rate so quick that it could overwhelm and surpass the muslim population in 25 years. The world's most populous muslim country could become Christian in our lifetimes.

And Africa is seeing quite the surge in conversions too. Seems the world is outdoing the West at this point

>Will humanity ever be united under the Lord?

I dont think that this will happen before Second coming.

Jeremiah 31:

34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the Lord: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.

Hebrews 8:

11 And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest.

Isaiah 11:

9 They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.

Habakkuk 2:

14 For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.

The SHALLS grow our HOPE.

There have been some great developments regardless of the harsh persecutions of Christians in China.

This is a long docu, but absolutely wonderful to see our brothers and sisters in Christ staying strong.

May the Lord watch over them and bless their conversion and holding of faith. China is an example to the world that Christ's message grows in persecution. They have more of my sympathy than any lazy Europeans, lax and comfortable in their liberalism

Just in most of the West. The East is growing in Christ.
