Fans (shills) of this game are trying to convince me that this game is pro christian. Yet it seems to me the main premise of the game is about the how to main character avenges the death of his father. Can anyone here who have played it explain to me why it's pro christian?

Everyone in the game is Christian so it's pretty comfy.
That being said it gets borderline pro-hussite.
It makes light of the heresy that came to grow in popularity in the time not long after the game takes place.
That whole part makes me cringe, but then so does Novus Ordo, so I don't really hold it against them.

I'm playing it currently and enjoying it a lot. It is pro-Christian in the sense that everyone is Catholic and people often mention God and their concerns and beliefs in dialogues.
But the quests lead the main character to murder, steal, drink, desecrate and fornicate, so yeah…
And the codex entry about paganism basically says that all the important Christian holidays are ackshually pagan.
