But in all seriousness, Satan doesn't punish evildoers. He is punished amongst them in hell. Consider not taking cartoons so seriously, or stop watching them entirely if you are actually unable to separate reality form fiction.

Like everyone else said, Satan doesn't punish evil. However, I figure I should provide scripture to prove this:

>Revelation 20:10: And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

So the devil is to be tormented forever in Hell. He's not the leader of Hell, that's a Milton quote, and Milton was portraying Satan as ignorant. Satan declares "Better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven" but he is brought down by his own arrogance and suffers a loss at the hands of God and his angels.

The punishment for satan comes at the end, when he's cast into the lake of fire. The devil knows this and wants to drag us with him.
