Polar flips are slow as fuck; we'll be prepared by the time that happens.

This takes place over the course of 2000 years, at absolute minimum. I wouldn't worry too much, we will adapt.

Earth is about 6000 years old anon. The polar caps flipped last time during Noah's flood.

>Mat 24:36  But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.

Mat 24:37  But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

Mat 24:38  For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,

Mat 24:39  And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

The only thing that will happen from the poles shifting is our compasses will point south and some electronics may not be able to handle it, a la Y2K.

Didn't they say that similar shit was gonna go down like 15 years ago? I mean doomsday scenarios are fun to consider, but I really doubt this is as bad as implied.

obviously I don't want people to die or suffer, but I hope that the poles flip, or some corona mass ejection takes place and takes out the power for a few years. It'd probably be pretty old after a few weeks or so, but the chaos would be pretty entertaining. actually, maybe that wouldn't be too fun. Maybe power loss for a few weeks.
