Same reason any genetic disease is a thing. Genes degrade over time, interfering with the original balance of the human body. Well, unusual body types aren't quite in the same category, but my point more or less still stands.

In the end, all you can do is to practice self restraint. I guess you could attempt changing your fetishes or something, but that only stops temptation in one situation and creates temptation in another.

There's nothing inherently wrong with being attractive, ideally her attractiveness should be pleasing to her husband. I should also say that it's also possible she's not dressing modestly enough for her body. Apart what the Torah says about men's clothing and women's clothing or creation for that matter, contemporary and historical hunter gatherer societies exhibit uniform modes of dress as well as bare breastedness among women with no conflict of ethics in some places. That might say a lot about others and where there minds are and how arousal over things like cleavage may possibly be indeed a social construct. A woman with more fat reserves is more apt to raise a child and comfort her husband, a woman with wider hips is more apt to give birth, and so on. Similarly, men are bigger and more firm than women so that they are more apt to do physical work, to fight and defend the wife and children if needed, to comfort his wife, and so on.
