Why do I feel so attracted to the negative things of life? death, sadness, pain, decay, contradiction (not malevolence) Is because that's how I feel inside?

I'm a spiritual goth. What's wrong with me?

Lack of vitamin D

It depends on what way you are looking at these things. They're "negative" because they are can be seen from a worldly, hedonistic perspective. If you are faithful, you should be open to death in the world. If you mean death for others, whose salvation is not guaranteed, this is indeed sad, but you must therefore pray to the Lord that He will be merciful to them, and even do penance for them. For the death of a sinner is wicked indeed.

Remember, Our Lord was the Suffering

Servant, the Man of Sorrows. Offer up your sorrows to Him for the redemption of your soul and others.

You probably have low test, I used to be like that.

Work out 3 times a week; lift heavy, nothing makes you feel better in the long term except for Jesus.

Take Zinc; most people are defienct, take 50mg at least.

Take vitamin d3; I do 5000 iu in the winter, and 3000 in the summer.

Take care of your body, body follows the mind.

This is a person struggling with his mind. If body merely follows the mind then a healthy body won't affect his mind at all. He would need a healthy mind first. Then, the health of his mind would trickle down to his body.
