In Matthew 15:19-20, Jesus clearly condemns adultery and sexual immorality. His warnings against adultery also appear in the Sermon on the Mount. Clearly, He was and is against both promiscuity and homosexuality since they fall under adultery and sexual immorality, respectively.

It's a amazing coincidence that paul in romans 1:26-27 repeats what is said in leviticus 18:21-23. The fact that he never comments directly on homosexual behavior should be taken as evidence that he had no problem with the prohibition if anything. If he was going to overturn such a rule he surely would have said so.

Jesus did heal the poor, but he didn't force them to pay increasing premiums with them penalized with a fine for not doing it. When you look at the bill, you'll see that it's the opposite of non-charitable.

He and his followers big organized event was driving the corruption out of the Temple.
