>How do I become Catholic in secret?
You can't, the whole point of catholicism is to show off your ability and skill to go against matthew 6:1-8. Become a christian instead and read the Bible more.
> I want to start RCIA and get baptized, and then when I am out of college and move away from my parents in 3-½ years, I can start attending mass by myself.
If you are white don't stay in college if it means indebtedness to the world. If not white then you should have little problem clearing the debt but be weary of staying in said debt for too long.
>I don't know if I'd be doing the right thing in skipping mass for so long. Even if I can find a church that has hours that don't coincide with my dad's evangellyfish church, I'd still have to deal with Holy Days of Obligation. What should I do about that? Should I just lay low?
Where in the Bible is the "holy days of obligation" thingy justified or allowed? Just read the Bible more if you can't attend a synogogue of revelation 2:9.
>Would I be living in sin if I stayed away for until I can be Catholic un-secretly?
Yes but not because of catholicism, but because anything not of faith is sin romans 14:23.
>Does "we must obey God rather than men" apply here?
In what manner? What exactly in the Bible do you think you are breaking by not being 1 corinthians 5:6-8'ed ?
