The Tao is the greatest of things we can achieve to learn of, and this very Tao, known as the Logos in Greek wisdom, became flesh. The visible Son of the invisible Father, God, has become man so that man may attain to God, something man cannot do by himself. He is wisdom incarnate, eternal and pre-existent. He is the King of kings, the Lord of lords. He is the most loving friend, the most merciful ruler, the most just judge. All things done by God are done by the Father, through the Son, in the Holy Spirit. All things are from Him, through Him, and in Him, and they will return to Him in these last days. Many have already returned to Him, whether in this life or in the next, but ultimately all will be bathed in God's very being and face eternal judgment, to life or to death.
Christianity embodies all that is objectively admirable in all philosophies, religions, and ideologies. Christianity is where all things find their fulfillment. Christianity is the only path to salvation.
We have found the perfect way to lead to God intellectually - Christian scholasticism. We have found the perfect way to attain to God spiritually - Christian mysticism. We have the world's greatest beauty. We have the world's greatest writings. We have the world's greatest piousness. The world has tried to crush us countless times, and we have always survived, because we are an inextinguishable light of salvation, put in place by God for the world so that none should perish but all may be saved.
Is it intellectual means alone that would bring you to us? Study early Christianity and see that there are only very low chances that the Resurrection did not really happen, or that the apostles made it up. If then a man really did come back to life after three days, fulfilling Jewish prophecies, surely we should listen to him, right?
