OP, i think it's necessary to know about conspiracies, not to believe in all of them, but to disprove some to find the truth. Subliminal symbolism in media can be used to effect our subconscious which effects how we think, everything in media is carefully chosen to make a full illusion, that's simply not the case for real life. Red cars will pass by at random, people coughing don't indicate hostility, i mean sure, if you live in a ghetto neighborhood and gang wars happen every now and then, that would be a different story.
I'm not saying we can't be individually targeted, from many mass surveillance or meta data collecting organizations, the problem is the codes used to decipher this is way too subjective. This is like Mandela effect subjectivity.
