Are baptized christians the only who can be guided by the Holy Ghost ? I know that Satan can whisper in your thoughts, how to you discerns if it's Him or our adversary ? Sure, the Holy Spirit wouldn't guide you to Sin. But I'm referring to when I pray, or when I thinking about the Faith. Sometime I feel like I'm doing something wrong, or even thinking wrong. But what if it's Satan trying to mislead me ?

It is really confusing to say the least…

This is why we should study Scripture. If we know what God's laws are, and understand why they are there, we are more likely to attribute thoughts that are not proper as Satan rather than the Holy Spirit.
