I am theoretical physicist. Over the course of my studies I learned that this universe is so ridiculously well-tuned - natural constants beings natural constants up to infinity(!) after the comma, otherwise the universe would literally collapse or blow up in an instance, the fact that we literally have an abstract language with which we can describe the universe and what happens there and beyond our direct anticipation (that is: nanoscales, but also macroscales like weather etc.) etc. - that there must be God.
So then you go from there: Which "religion" has it right ? In the end you have to come to the conclusion of Christ and the Trinitarian God. Why, you ask ? Because we have physical evidence of Christ - the historical figure. We have physical evidence that points towards Christ - God. We have a faith that spread not through the sword, but through preaching the gospel. We had people that gladly died professing their faith for a man that preached to love each other as you love yourself.
Now, I understand that one might still be skeptic - that's natural and prolly (maybe ?) a good thing. Some books that helped me on my journey: Mere Christianity, C.S. Lewis; The Language of God, Francis S. Collins; The Lord of the Rings trilogy and the Hobbit, J.R.R. Tolkien :^). Obviously the last one is rather jokingly, the first two, however, are very valuable.
And to point you towards some of the evidence:

Eucharist Miracles and the blood type of Christ:::
https://youtu.be/aq8FASjYIlo This video shows 2 different Eucharist Miracles (hosts turning into flesh), several hundreds of years apart, having the same blood type

Not only did the hosts turn into any "type" of flesh. They turned into a heart muscle(!).
But we have more: St. Padre Pio of Pietrelcina - a man, a saint, of the just passed century. A man with Stigmata - a man that had literal physical trouble with Satan on a regular basis. We have exorcists - the two most famous here being Fr. Chad Ripperger, an American, and Fr. Gabriele Amorth from Italy (who sadly passed away some years ago). The latter is THE most influential and famous exorcist that has existed since Christ. And we have a myriad more saints, each one unique in their workings - dragon slayers, ascetics, kings, beggars, beggars that were kings - and so on and so forth.
After all and last but not least: Believing in God is a choice you make - though deep faith itself is a gift from God Himself, of course. But you choose to swear allegiance to Him - through Baptism, Confirmation - taking the Sacraments and sacramentals (regularly). A choice on should gladly make, being pointed to the evidence.
And don't forget this: We ought to become saints - but the Church … God Himself … accounts for our fallen and highly sin-attracted nature, because by confessing and atoning, you can wash yourself off of sin - even of the greatest sin (as long as it is not blasphemy against the Holy Spirit).
Sorry this is a wall of text, but we have it all - all the evidence - and the evidence is suitable for "techincal people", such as me, but also "spiritual" people and everyone. For everyone layed out right before their eyes.
And what I presented here is of course only a tiny ass fraction of it all.
So make your choice: Go you believe in God, because He is he who is - or do you wilfully choose to ignore it ? I mean this is something naturally easy - but I understand when people need time to digest. But ultimately you have to make this choice - whether now or in 5 years, you won't miss out on it.
So far, have a good one and God bless you
