First comes the call, then comes faith, then comes works.

How did you receive 'the call' ?

repentance is a WORK of FAITH required for salvation… please understand protestants

protestants think repenting is a work?

Pastor Anderson (pbuh) in one of his sermons rejects repentance as works. You can lie, cheat and kill, defy God at every turn and be saved, but if you ask for forgiveness, then gee anon, don’t you believe Jesus died for your sins? Are you a crypto-Catholic? Of course Anderson is a heretic extraordinaire, but his followers are 20% of this board.

I am convinced that a good majority of them are false-flagging atheists or muslims

>rejects repentance as works

completely or partially? Most of the time baptists keep sacred ideas around merely as empty gestures, with no spiritual consequences, like their baptism or doing good works.

Would Anderson actually stop his kids from repenting? Or would he just remind them: "umm Once Saved ALWAYS Saved By Faith Alone Lest Any Man Should Boast!!"

It's oddly blissful knowing when you will die. Having decided to end my life a year from now, there's something strangely calming about it. As if I can finally see how there will be closure to everything. All the struggle and suffering you endure lead to this single moment. It's strange.

They’re at least a majority larpers, but that’s like half the board.

I honestly don’t know, I don’t follow him all that closely. Anderson is no stranger to doublethink (or less charitably rank hypocrisy) so I would imagine you’re probably right. I think it was other preachers telling their flock to repent (the nerve!) that triggered him, he probably thinks you should follow His commandments if you feel like but correcting a brother in error sounds a bit too C*tholic for his blood.

Why tell us unless you are looking to us to give you a reason to live, or trolling abstractly? I see that you have saved that quote by C.S. Lewis, shouldn't building your chest be something to consider before thinking that suicide is the way to security? Perhaps you should build your chest first or at least strive towards it before considering suicide, as you may just be seeing it as a positive through the lens of your own unstable emotionalism. Don't think me any better however, I also need to master myself through Christ our King.
