I've always thought making all sex outside of marriage presumed rape on the part of the male would fix a lot of the issue. That's basically the way it is in the U.S. but if they'd come out and admit it openly it'd do a lot to curb the sex.

Note that "make themselves eunuchs" (i.e. to castrate themselves) is the literal translation of the Greek. The idea that this refers to just celibacy is questionable. Origen cut off his junk in response to this verse and, considering the first two examples are examples of true eunuchs, I tend to think Christ meant this literally like:

"if you're so crazy devoted you're willing to cut your balls off, go ahead. Then, at least, you won't be distracted. For everyone else, go get your butt married."

I think it was meant more as a teaching for people to get married than to actually do it but Christ does say, for those that are able to receive this hard teaching, do it.

You picked correctly; I'm libertarian only because there's no closer party to my goals. I prefer micro-states.

I would like my town, etc. to have morality laws but I respect the right of other groups not to have to live by them. Mutual tolerance (not acceptance, just an agreement not to shoot each other) is all we need to inevitably win. Their sin will destroy their towns long-term prospects. What we've lost is the ability to pass our own laws as the federal government gains power- that's the problem. Making faggotry a federal right is a problem. Returning power to state and local governments is the quickest way for us to form mini-theocracies and the libs won't complain because they get to simultaneously form their utopian colonies (that die 30 years later).

Diffused power is better for our dream. If you try to control the unsaved with laws, you get backlash. If you increase power centers, the enemy will take them from us at every opportunity. I don't like a lot of libertarian policies but their central policy would allow me to form a mini-theocracy which is good enough.

My Christian state might, or might not, depending on their views be willing to trade with a liberal state. Certainly, our citizens would generally be restricted from going there, free immigration would never occur with such a state.

However, if they could agree not to attack us, we would likewise not attack them. That's all tolerance means. This doesn't mean a Christian state shouldn't be armed and ready, but we should never deliver the first blow and, if the other state seeks to do battle by war, we should attempt to undermine them by converting their outcasts.
