Be an example and let the Holy Spirit do His work.

This may sound like laziness, but really, no one ever EVER has converted because someone sat down and carefully explained why you have to be a christian. Even with the proper philosophical chops and rethorical fireworks. It doesn't work like that. I mean, look at your own conversion. Was a 100% rational event, when someone convinced with an argument?

One of the best ways (even the absolute best) you can convert someone is to live Christian yourself, be an example to all of what Our Lord can do in the lives of Man, and to pray for the Spirit of God to bring them to Salvation.

I have quite easy time convincing some people that I spend a lot time with when it comes to religion/morality.

Time and applicability. Living the lifestyle confidently is one of the most important aspects of winning over people. More people are won over with charisma than with facts or statistics alone. Read a little of seduction and public speaking, and don't forget to become well versed in your craft i.e. the Christian way of life.

Family: "Hey, ma! Come to church with me and we'll grab some lunch afterwards. It'll be fun!"

Friends: "Hey, bruv! Let's go to church!"

If family says no, try again.

If friends say no, find new friends.

It is your duty to iconize Christ to your friends and family. You must live your life in persona Christi.

I used my intellect to search for the truth over decades and finally reasoned that it is the Bible, the word of God.

The second I reached and accepted that conclusion God gifted me with faith.

Be an icon of Christ as much as you can, then invite people to church. Don't overly preface it. Just do it and see what happens, and answer questions as they come.

The basics are

Step 1. Get your own affairs in order, Christianity was twice as hard for me to get into because one of my main experiences of it was a very dishonest and manipulative East Orthodox person. Likewise you if you do bad things and live a bad life people are going to assume your truths are equally as twisted. Fortunately the converse is also true.

Step 2. Learn the doctrine and answers to common questions and objections, giving bad and incorrect information is worse than doing nothing at all.

Step 3 - look for opportunities wear a cross openly, interject when people start discussing religion etc.
