Just do a history of the early church with a focus on apostolic succession, so all the relevant verses in the gospels, Matthew 16:18, binding n loosing, ordination of apostles and their successors. Then study st Ignatius of Antioch and clement and the church fathers. Eventually they'll put 2 and 2 together and become.
