it can be argued that he should help his parents freely,but it can be retorted that his parents can also choose to feed him freely even if he is a NEET.

Also if he does chores the parents dont have to hire a handyman,thus saving money.

I personally think children should be helpful tools for their fathers, helping the family in any situation where their extra hands come in handy instead of just doing all the chores in the house. That's just how it was for me and my family.

Like for example: lifting heavy stuff or helping your father with anything revolving heavywork (for example uhhh… Putting solar panels on the roof i guess?) or other kinds.
