What differences between men and women in how they approach religion and God do you notice? I'm Catholic and there seems to be a difference when it comes to going to confession. Men like to go in, confess their sins, get their penance, be absolved, and be on their way. Five to ten minutes tops. Whereas women can take forever in the confessional because they (presumably, obviously I don't know what they're actually saying) feel the need to give context or whatever, see it as spiritual direction, etc.

Women have more faith than men. Men tend to become shallow, forget their life's purpose, and pursue something of their own interest. That said, women are also more easily misled than men. Both have their own strengths and weaknesses.

It's probably just an extension of the differences of the sexes: men tend to be more reason-oriented and utilitarian, so we're more inclined to be prompt and matter-of-fact when it comes to sin, whereas women tend to be more emotional and intuitively-minded, which can make them run around like headless chickens when it comes to confession. Personally I don't have a problem with that, I think the generalized response that the sexes have to trying to speak with God are a reflection of our complementary natures.
