for me the hardest thing about it is that most people lack self-discipline anyways, so the chances of them getting out of the hole is that much harder

Phones and the social media culture has definitely changed how we consume our lust. From talking to my friends and other people my age, lusting after female friends on instagram is becoming more prevalent than traditional porn.
