I really admire the Catholic Church's positive attitude toward sodomites. Accepting sodomites into the clergy after Vatican II bore such great fruits for the Church starting in the 1980s. Truly overlooking sodomy and giving sodomites ministerial positions with authority over children was a good move.

Because I agree with everything in that post. And in addition to all of those true statements, it is also true that some people have become incapable of belief. See for example John 12:39-40, Romans 9:16-18. That's what a reprobate mind is, when God hardened them himself. It's no accident he marks them out with "a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient" (that is, lust after strange flesh) as Romans 1:28 says.
