Berserk comes to mind. While it's definitely not Christian, there is a lot of symbolism. The main antagonist is thematically very similar to the antichrist.
He is completely devoted to his ambition and dream, at first it's to have his own kingdom, but he really wants to be the most powerful and influentiel man in the world. No matter what he has, he always wants more.
He did everything to achieve his goal - killed people, ordered assassinations, even whored himself to rich influential nobles. He sacrificed all of his followers, the people who would do everything for him, even his closest friends to be brutally slaughtered, raped and eaten by demonic monsters.
In short, he's literally the worst human being to ever live. The demon "gods" turned him into a demon and their king in return.
**He eventually comes back to the real world. He gathers his demonic army and begins to liberate the kingdom which he fought for before from a foreign invading empire (they brutally murder civillians, rape, and turn people into monstrous soldiers through vile occult rituals).
Everyone sees him as the messiah, an angel of god who has come to save humanity in it's darkest hour. He has the appearance of an angel and great power, which he uses to create a beautiful, huge city which is to be the capital of his new civilization. The church in Berserk is similar to the Catholic church in real life, so people worship one god, but now they also start worshipping this guy as a messiah, second to god.**
That's what everyone believes, but under this deception he's the most horrible human being in existence (not really human anymore) and wants nothing but personal gain and to be the most powerful being in existence.
There are many more themes which I would say agree with Christian philosophy. The manga goes to great lenghts to portray how placing your dreams above everything else in life and giving in to your passions will corrupt you to the core and ruin you. Purpose of life, existence of free will, struggling against your inner evil wants and other such things are also important themes here.
Overall it's a magnificent work and I strongly recommend it. It's entertaining, interesting and also very philosophical. Reading it was a very important part of my life, it made me think about the most important things like meaning of life and nature of the universe and humanity. It motivated me to improve myself in all ways, inspired me to strive to become someone truly exceptional. And most importantly it brought me closer to God, as I realized how vile humanity can get when it abandons God, virtue and morals and how shitty existence would be without God.
It does have a huge amount of extreme gore, brutality and sexuality though, so just be warned
