Rip Grape-kun.

Yes. They're a little simpler than us, but it would be disingenuous to say that they aren't bound by many of the same rules that we are.

Maybe, but their souls aren't eternal.

anything that is animated with an intelligent will, consciousness and capacity to suffer has some sort of soul and the breath of life within it.

God did not create elephants and dolphins and dogs as "zombies" with no spirit, that would make no sense.

The same people who crusade for animal rights would walk by and scoff at a homeless man. They are for abortions "rights". I see the same kind of people come out of the woodworks on /pol/ when someones stars shitposting Chinese dog boiling.

I find it very hard to care about people, but find it extremely easy to care about animals. In fact, I find the lack of empathy a very feminine trait.

How could that be? Women are the cruelest of the sexes, there's no arguing that. Remember that warrior ethics emerge naturally and organically from higher testosterone levels in the blood from a younger age in men because of their effects on neurological development of the brain. The keystone of warrior ethics is a high degree of courtesy, restraint, adherence to rules and an overriding regard for the safety of women and children. People who kill women and children aren't warriors, they are savages. It is perfectly normal with males who have low testosterone and low growth hormone to exhibit extreme aggression and be very ruthless killers. We could say that strong males kill with great discrimination, but weak males kill indiscriminately. Low testosterone is associated with narcissism and suicide, so you draw the conclusions.

THIS

I do feel a bit for grape-kun, but that was largely extinguished by the fact that weebs obsess over him. It's sad what happened to him, but you have to remember that these are animals. It doesn't matter in the end.

If this video angers you, remember that they're not humans.

99f0c7 No.550616

>>550610

I don’t care what YOU think, I care about what the church and the scriptures say, anyone can put their own meaning in anything

"In comparing the soul of man with that of animals, St. Gregory [Palamas] says that animals possess a soul not as essence, but as an energy. 'The soul of each of the irrational animals is the life for the body it animates, and so animals possess life not essentially, but as an energy, since this life is dependent on something else and is not self-subsistent.' Therefore since the soul of animals has only energy, it dies with the body. By contrast, the soul of man has not only energy but also essence: 'The soul possesses life not only as an activity, but also essentially, since it lives in its own right… For that reason, when the body passes away, the soul does not perish with it.' It remains immortal [by God's Grace].' [St Gregory Palamas 150 Chapters, ch 38]."

It'd be prudent not to use scripture as you have. Naturally the Orthobro would attack you based on that.

>excessive

This is very adept word, but also remember Matthew 18:1-5. There's nothing wrong with being "childish", but then again this is coming from someone who anthropomorphizes inanimate objects like pencils and utensils.

ada156 No.550684

>>550633

Yes there is. A child has no responsibilities, for example. So a 20-year-old who acts like a five-year-old and frolics and plays and has no worry is "okay" in your eyes? What madness is this?

By "excessive", I meant this:

I felt sorry for the cuckolded penguin and anger at his mate and her homewrecker-lover. But then I remembered that they're animals—why should I care so much for something so petty, based off of sexual instinct than any real human emotion? Empathy is not found in the animal world. The penguin lover and homewrecker wouldn't know better, and would only act different if the society around them scolded them for it. This is all based off of their instinct. They scold them because their instinct tells them to, not because they know they're in the wrong.

I am not saying to see them as the Jew, to be used as tools for your usage ("The world was made for us"). This is psychopathic and hurts my soul trying to understand it. I am speaking of a sort of near-indifference, but not complete ignorance. Not a feeling of complete carelessness which is wrong, but a passive feeling; "this is the way things go", I suppose. It's quite difficult to explain.

>So a 20-year-old who acts like a five-year-old and frolics and plays and has no worry is "okay" in your eyes

There's a difference between being childish and not taking up responsibility. Think of the potential to maintain a flexible and creative mind for problem solving by keeping the mind young, curious and playful. What differentiates children from adults is often time just plain bitterness.

>conflating "soul" with "ability to …" this/that/the-other

srsly ppl, is not a soul the eternal thing that God gave men that we might eternally reside with Him? Is not man the only creature that God breathes life into? How are you confused by all these worldly ideas of animal souls? Souls are not the programming that says "be intelligent" or "be emotionally capable" or "use tools". That's a medieval categorisation, way of thinking. We've learned so much since then.

a764f7 No.550890

THe only purpose of animals is to feed us until Jesus comes back and to exude natural law principles.

For example, you should not marry a single mom for the same reason that a male lion accepting a female into his pride kills the offspring of the male of said female's former pride.

That's why God gave us marriage.
